Happy New Year, Human Designers!
Why wish you a happy new year 23 days later?

On my beautiful little island, considered one of the best end-of-year fireworks in the world, we have the tradition of drinking champagne and eating 12 dried grapes for wishes (they might be the ones that got away from being squeezed for our world-renowned Madeira Wine). Now I don’t drink or eat dried grapes, unless with rice.
Science says that it takes 21 days to be programmed with a new habit. 23 days of 2024 have gone by. Did you change anything? This year, I received so many newsletters bashing New Year’s intentions and promising the best new way to set intentions, guaranteed to work. I did not set any intentions, not because I don’t have goals, wishes, or desires or because I’m one of those New Year’s Grinches (Grinch is for Christmas, but you get the idea), but because 2023 was a challenging year. Separation from my Twin Flame, a detox with Evolution One’s Foundations course, brought up so many unhealed and suppressed things that my depression and panic attacks came up with my fears. I had to go through psychotherapy, medications, and hormonal imbalances. It was such an internal and external revolution.
